Can I bring food/beverages/a cooler through the gate with me?
You may bring one small cooler 18x18 or smaller with food/beverages. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought in.

What are the Host Hotel hours?
Host Hotel Registration hours are:
Thursday 8am to 8pm
Friday 8am to 8pm
Saturday Registration is ON-SITE ONLY 8am to 8pm at Gate 7

Where is the parking?
Parking will be available at the NYS Fairgrounds parking lots across State Fair Boulevard in the Pink, Brown & Orange lots. We will also have shuttles running from select locations hosted by Visit Syracuse:
Friday:
10am-5pm: continuous loops from the NYS Fairgrounds to Destiny USA Pink Lot (next to pedestrian bridge)
5pm-7pm: continuous loops from NYS Fairgrounds Orange Lot to the Main Gate
Saturday:
10am-5pm: continuous loops from the NYS Fairgrounds to Destiny USA Pink Lot (next to pedestrian bridge)
5pm-7pm: continuous loops from NYS Fairgrounds Orange Lot to the Main Gate

Do you have scooter rentals available?
Yes, Event Scooters are located inside to the left of Gate 2, or call 1-262-677-2696 to reserve a scooter. Gate 2 is also our designated handicap entrance. Visit www.eventscooters.com for more information.

What year cars can be brought to the show?
In order to maintain the classic image of the Syracuse Nationals the show is closed to any car manufactured after the year 1999. Also, on Sunday cars newer than 1999 are allowed into the show as part of American Muscle Sunday.

Where do I register my show car the week of the show?
2024 location TBD. Registration hours are 8am to 8pm Thursday & Friday, and Saturday 8am to 3pm on-site only at Gate 7.

If I'm camping and have a show car, where do I pick up my show car credentials?
You can pick up your credentials when you check in for camping at Gate 7 of the NYS Fairgrounds.

I'm a registered camper, do I need to go to the Host Hotel to register a car?
No, if you are a registered camper and need to register a show car go to gate 7 of the NYS Fairgrounds.

I have children riding in my show car, how much do they cost?
As long as your child is riding in a registered show car and is under the age of 16 they are free to enter, if your children are not riding in your show car or are unable to ride in your show car they are subject to regular gate prices.

I trailer my show car. Is there parking for my trailer?
Yes, you can park your trailer in designated trailer parking zones on the New York State Fairgrounds. Parking is at your own risk.

Is there onsite camping?
Yes, there are full hookup sites (water/electric). Spaces are limited and require preregistration. CLICK HERE for more info or call toll free 800.753.3978

Can I bring my Dog?
Sorry, dogs on a leash are only allowed in the campgrounds. Not on show grounds.

If I’m a camper, can I bring my own golf cart?
Yes. However, only registered Syracuse Nationals staff golf carts are allowed on the show grounds during showtimes. Driving your personal golf carts or vehicles on showgrounds during showtimes will result in the removal of your vehicle/golf cart and forfeit of camping privileges with no refund.

Where and when do I register for the Car Corral & Swap Meet?
Onsite registration only. Enter Gate 7 at the NYS Fairgrounds. Registration hours are 8am-8pm Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 and Thursday, July 18th, 2024. Cost is $75 per 18ft by 9ft space.

Are there trams running around the Fair during show dates?
Yes! We’ll have trams running continuously around the fairgrounds during the show. We also have the Syracuse Nationals Transportation Shuttle running. Call (315) 706-5214 to be picked up. Syracuse Nationals Transportation Shuttle hours are 4:30am to 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday, and 4:30am to Noon on Sunday.

July 19th, 20th, and 21st 2024
